In here, the city will be a big pond whenever it is raining. If it is a big big raining in long time, the city will look like a big lake. Many streets/roads are under water, trash are floating everywhere and trees are fallen down on the street...
I really scare to going out when it is raining in here, it is not safe at all. Man people's motor bikes cannot run because of deep water on the street and it is really hard to walk with a big motorbike under raining. I will stay at home whenever it is a big big raining because i know that if i go, i look like a drowned rat when i reach to the work place....

In Kerala we have a poor road and poor system. The water from most of the places are moving near the road. So the drivers can make sure that it is a road or a pond. Goverment has planned a project to set us an air port near my place. So i think that they will handle those things quite well. I am not sure about it but still we have hope we will have a good road at all the time.

I understand...in here it is the same when there is a big raining. Sometime we can detect it is a road or not because water are everywhere. It is so horrible.
Every year, the government spends money for building/repairing street, drain system...but nothing is changed at all...in the raining season, water are everywhere and it takes a long long time for water get out of city...it is so bad...
