How to stay motivated?

It is a big one with me. When I first start on something, I am relentless at getting it done, but once I loose interest, it just sits there, and I feel like I never finish anything I start. How do you keep interest in things? how do you stay motivated to finish something you started when the interest is gone, or replaced by something else?

Yes, It's very common in every individual. But patience is very important for not losing interest. You should motivate yourself by proper planning.

I'm not sure I understand how proper planning can help you stay motivated? Organized, yah, but motivated?

Dear Yes i do get very bored in long surveys and all it is hard to stay motivated. You have to remember the reward or reason that your doing what your doing.Thats the only reason that keeps me motivated.I mean i rarley do surveys anymore i focas on things that instret me.I use mylot to talk about things i like so i use mylot alot.I no longer do boring things while making slow money . I am down to only a couple of sites that i like.I do not need money like other people i just use it to my advantage.

Yes it does help to remember why you are doing something, but sometimes It isn't enough.

Really I think that just staying the course and not diverting from a certain path is really the best way to stay motivated. It is rather easy to really get our attention diverted by something else. However, I just try and stick with something that I am doing and I will be getting it down rather soon. It is easy to get misdirected more often than not. I pretty much sit myself down and that is what I really have to do. I do what I have to do and get it done. If I get it done, I'll be able to put that particular project to bed. If I don't get it done, it is still going to be weighing on the back of my mind regardless, so I might as well just get every little thing done. Just stay the path and you may be surprised what you get done.

The question was how to stay on the path, you simply told me to stay on the path, something I obviously already knew, or I wouldn't be asking how to do it.

yes, it is a big thing to be stay motivated. if something went wrong then we will loose interest and start worrying about that. and if we have soemone motivate us it will be helpful for us to stay motivate but there are situation will come like we won't have anyone around us. at that time we will at our worst mood. To keep myself motivate i will also look at positives that i have and if i have any problems i will try to find solution for that.

It's important to not have to rely on someone else for motivation. To be able to keep yourself motivated. Good point tho.

You must keep the main goal on your mind daily and then you will realize that all that you do is not in vain. Now if the reason you are doing this is for your own gain watch out, this could cause you to step on people which not only damages but hurts, I want to give people a alternative so they can focus on getting and mantaining a right relationship with our CREATOR. So if I cant help them with money I can at least lead them to THE WORD OF GOD which corrects, instucts, heals and gives them a path to wealth that cannot be taking away in this life or the next if applied.

I really don't see what this has to do with the subject.

Sometimes it's good to take a break once in a while. It's difficult to stay on-topic with some things for hours on end. If you lose interest, then work on something else; I recommend trying to alternate between specific projects, since that's been helping a lot in my more recent animation projects. Hope this helps. :)
