drug that made the guy chew another person's face/head off. 
it is illegal but can be available in some tobacco stores by the name White China, Lady Bubbles, Dynamite, Vanilla Sky, Ivory Wave and Cloud 9..

This drug should definitely be banned because of the many bad effects.. one example was just on he news. This is not for human consumption.. i hope no crazy person sells it again.
