Who is responsible?

Hunger, disease, dangers disorders is flowing to us and one day will gulp us all we people of third world countries specially. Are we or our past colonialism or our current silly neocolonialism or any indemocratic and unbalanced global symstem or dominance of any unipolar power is responsible for what we suffering? What?

I think it has something to do with the leadership. With the high level of corruption in most developing countries, it is almost impossible succeed unless there is total change of leadership.
