Last night after my work, I went to the office of my husband to bring his dinner and fruits. When I was there I saw my husband talking to one of his employee very calm and nicely but I know that he is little bit disappointed based on his reaction and facial expression. As a wife I knew when he is angry, happy and disappointed. While watching him I noticed that he's discussing something about what written in the paper but I dont know what that all about. After a few minutes the discussion was end and my husband went to me and smile. I know I dont have right to asked him about what happened earlier because its about work and we agreed that not to talked about work when were together but he open up and I listen. He said the the report the submitted by his employee was lots of typo error and wrong grammar and he is little bit disappointed because the employee submitted it to him without checking his work not edited. So he returned the report and asked him to repeat his work and do it neatly and perfectly.
I admit that I am not good in english and even in grammar those are the reason why I tried my best to learned not just to impress my husband but also for my own good. My husband was very sensitive in terms of grammar and typo error because based to him it's important especially in line of his work.
Here in mylot I am guilty that my grammar is not quiet good, the good thing that mylot and you as my friend understand me. And also there are times that I just submit my respond or discussion without editing, after submitting I noticed my mistakes and I regreted it because lots of typo error which is improper. I am hoping that I will be more focus and check my spelling before submitting my respond to make it right.
How about you my friends? Do you edit first your work before you submit your post? Or you just submit it without checking your post? Thank you for sharing. :)

We are on the same boat Bhebelen, i am not also fluent in English but i am trying my best to improve my communication skills by reading books on correct grammar and better writing skills. Anyway, here in mylot all of us who are not so fluent in this language are able to practice our communication skills by participating in the discussion. That is why mylot helps us a lot in this aspect. Actually, when i am so excited to respond to a discussion, i tend to post the response immediately without reviewing only to discover that there are wrong grammar and spelling in my messages. So it is really better if we could preview our responses first before posting.

Yes, I also make a review of my posts, but due to being not that fluent, sometimes I also tend to make some typo or wrong grammar in my postings. But what nice here in myLot is people will not criticize you for it, well there maybe some but most people will just let it pass. What important is the idea or information that you are sharing. Good day!

For my discussions, i review it thoroughly before i submit it. In fact, i would all have them prepared offline and would copy & paste it once i have proofread it.
It need not be word for word grammatically correct, but it should be in a clear way, so the readers may understand it. I also make it brief, lest the reader will not go on reading it.
But usually as to my responses, i do not review them most of the time, because as i type i try to see if it's okay already.
Here at mylot, responses and discussions need not be grammatically correct at all times, but just clear to understand .
