Update on health problem

India
June 14, 2012 9:08am CST
Today 3 doctors examined me, they took ecg, blood pressure, pulse measurements and some other pathological tests, pulse rate was bit higher; they said ‘no need to get worried’; it was due to hyperacidity, I was advised to take capsules of Pantop-D and Azithromycin for 10days. It is too hot here, no rains, this causes dizziness probably. Thanks to my friends who responded to my discussion. Prof.Bhuwan 14th June 2012.

I hope you get better soon. I know my health and randy's health is not great, bt at least randy gets help from the Veterans (he was in the military, but he was honorably discharged because he hurt his back in basic training). I have been having anxiety attacks, but cannot see a doctor because we cannot afford it. My parents think that we need to give them our money which is really irritating me. Randy and I are going to look into housing so we can get away from my parents because we keep helping them pay their bills, but it is preventing us from paying our bills. Randy's blood pressure is very low (88/55) and his foot is hurting badly. He can get Social Security in August then we can use that money to move out.

He will be 47 next month. After arguing with the doctor he is finally off the blood pressure medication. He is drinking more water before we go out and then if we are out and about we buy him a bottle of water to keep him hydrated.

Glad to hear you have been seen and have a professionals insight into this. Be sure you are getting enough liquid. Don't want to get dehydrated in the heat. Hope you are feeling better soon. Take care.

I am so glad you are feeling better today. The heat can make you feel ill.On the odd occasion it gets hot in England it can make me feel dizzy and off my food. For the heat to go on and on it must really be uncomfortable.Drink plenty of water and that should make you feel a little better.Stay in the shade and wear loose cotton shirts. It has been nice today the sun has shone with a nice breeze.I went for a long walk with my friend today we had a lovely time.I do hope you will be ok.

Hello my friend Professor2010 Ji, I would advise you as a grand old person to forget that you are a sick person, even if fittest person goes into any clinic, something will be noticed. It is due to my hubby's councilling that I am able to walk and do my daily routine my own way. The more you go to Doctors, the more you get immune in your system, which makes your pulse to go up. So what my hubby says, couple should always walk outrside their house hand in hand at least for 156 minutes after their dinner on daily basis. This is my prescription for you without any fees. My fees is due to you. May God bless You and have a great

Hello my friend Professor2010 Ji, Well, let it remain pending till we meet in person. Make it a point that we just do not visit Doctors now and then. Let nature have its own control over our body and let no doctors fittle around. My hubby's BP aleways remain 155-160 on upper and 80-90 on lower side. Take care . Health is wealth. May God bless You and have a great

You are certainly right that if there has been a lot of hot weather where you live, the likelyhood that you will get dehydrated is greater. Though a lot of people tend to forget about the importance of drinking water, when it is hot and dry outside it is far more important to make sure that you are drinking a lot of water on a regular basis to make sure that you do not get dehydrated. As far as the pulse rate goes, I don't think that is something to be terribly worried about unless you are regularly tachycardic.

It is very hard to stay healthy when there is so much heat and it is no wonder you are not feeling well. I am familiar with azithromycin, but not the other medication but I can look it up if I think I need to know about it. I hope your weather cools down some soon. I am glad you are getting your problems taken care of.

Hi Professor2010! I remember from your other discussion that your friend thought you had much acidity in your system - and sounds like he was indeed correct! Hope the weather lets up so it can help you to feel even better. Keep cool during these hot days!!

Namaskar Sir The hot climate this year definitely is the culprit. We Odia people are not accustomed to the heat waves and the hot winds - this year they were much similar to the Loo winds at the North India. And the rays of the sun were definitely more scorching - I even could feel them burning me out even in morning 8:00 am. I do firmly believe this is all due to the cutting down of the greeneries in the name of Modernization, Development and Expansion of the city. The politicos, doctors and even the Lords above seem to be uncaring for the pains of us - the common aadmi. I am glad to read that you are feeling better now and the doctors have been working for good. I still remember the hospital discussion where they needed you to get admitted first and then do their experiments on your health.
