nobody seems to care about all the rubbish that litters our lands, it ruins the sights and devalues the area, this could be helped if people would just pick up a few peices everytime they walk, even if it is walkin to work, the park, school, anywhere

I'd rather that people wouldn't dump it in the first place,leaving it for someone else to deal with...

If people won't dump trash along the way, then those people who are in the business of scrap won't have trash to pick up, and there will no longer be business for themselves?!!
