Click to Give Online Charities

Do you ever see sites like ClicktoGive and Animal Rescue Sites online? Do you click them? They are charities in which every click sends a particular amount of the proceeds to each charity. I was wondering how many of us did that and do the charities actually get the money from us doing that?
