Going to do Ebates tomorrow

I get paid from my job on Tuesday's and I have a few things I need / want to buy. So tomorrow I am going to use ebates to go through to drugstore.com. I am a little nervous but I feel as if it doesn't give me a money return that's okay as I was planning on going to drugstore.com anyway.
I'm going to do some research about other purchases before doing any purchasing as I want to make sure I get all I need etc. The more money I spend this check just means the more I have a chance of getting back in August (when they pay) and the more things I have that I need now.
Ebates thoughts?

I have never used ebates before. How does it work?

Well you go through their website, and sign up. Then the best way to go about it is to look through the sites they have BUT outside of navigating through their site. Find things you need or want to buy and then go back to their site, open the store through their site (it activates a ticket) and find the items and buy them. I'm not sure when it shows up in your account that you've purchased something, but it should in a few days.
You have to earn $5.01 cent qualify for a payment, and it's paid every three months once you reach that minimum. Be sure to have a correct address on file, even if you're using paypal to get paid.

I guess if I were doing a lot of shopping that could be beneficial for me. I will have to look into it later on.
