This is my second time of swimming again in a public pool. This time I'm about to prepare things before hitting the waters again. I've noticed that I became dark overtime swimming from 9:00 AM to 12NN and one told me I have those nifty things to protect me. LOL. What do you bring aside from towels, goggles and lotion? lols. they told me to bring swimming cap, too. What for? And what are the benefits. Thanks and happy mylotting :)

I mostly used to take trousers and a towel with me when I go for swimming. I usually used to wear my trousers in the pool. I feel it is much enough for me and I don't love to wear caps and other thing. I feel it is very uncomfortable. May swimming cap helps you to swim well in the water. It also helps you to avoid the uncomfortable deals with your hair.

a swimmin cap is mainly ood for someone that is on like a team. when i was on the swim team in school we wore these to help go a little faster and to hold our hair back. there are a lotof people that use them on a daily basis to do the same (holding their hair back) this will make it easier for you to see. would i take a swimmers cap??? no i wouldnt but that is just my opinion on things. i find them a little uncomfortable and itchy. the only other things i would consider is takin some drinks and maybe a snack or something. i am not sure how hot it is there but i know here it has been pretty hot so drinks would be a must. also i would bring a raft or a noodle or something to relax in the water with :) hope you have a good time on your swimming trip :)
