The NRA is going after representatives over contempt vote.

If the Fast and Furious investigation has shown me one thing, it is that Arizona's gun laws MUST have been written by the NRA. Now the NRA has stated that it is going to go after any representative that DIDN'T vote to hold Eric Holder in contempt. The NRA is a very powerful lobbying group, and they buy a lot of representatives, mostly republican, but democrats as well. Of the 21 Democrats that voted for the contempt charge, 19 received money from the NRA (thus the BUYING representatives, for those that will question my terminology). As I have pointed out in other post, the Arizona gun laws has as much to do with the gun running in Arizona as the Mexican gangs that buy their guns here. When unemployed people can buy hundreds of guns a year, spending hundreds of thousands of dollars there just isn't something right about that. So what you have now is the NRA going after law enforcement because of a law that they supported 100% led to the killing of a boarder agent. If we are going to look at the AFT's role in this, should we look at the state of Arizona, and I am sure the NRA's role in making all of this LEGAL?

Yeah, they are holding accountable the Congress members that are supposed to hold the Attorney General accountable. Point Blank, Eric Holder lied to Congress. He should be held in contempt.
So, it is well within the NRA's prerogative to call out the Representatives who failed to hold Eric Holder accountable for lying.

Weren't the Feds running it? I am not sure what Arizona law you are referring to.
If so, it was clearly under their jurisdiction along with any border patrol agents who are Federal not State Employees.
It is entirely possible that this was done without any State involvement. Of course, we don't know that for a fact since Eric Holder pretty much lied and withheld evidence.
The NRA is all over this because it is really a public relation nightmare even though it was basically a Federal operation.
You can raze the little guys all you want but Eric Holder is the big fish and the responsibility ultimately lies with him and the President.

Basically what debater is saying is AZ is a fault because a Federal agency CHOSE to break their law.
