we do work well together

Yesterday even tho i have so much work at the office, i could not help but still think of what to cook for dinner lol.. what i had in mind was stir fried veggies - broccoli and carrots with lettuce with chicken.. so when hubby arrived to get me, i told him we pass the market first and get that..which we did.. i also learned that broccoli here can be very very expensive, it costs P150.00 per kilo! We only purchased a half of it, then the rest of what we need. We arrived home and hubby said i should just go and rest while he cooks it, but i got stubborn and said i will help him..yet he does not like me too as he said i am tired. but well i want to work and cook.. so while he was doing the sauteed thingie.. i saw there were still chicken left, so i fillet it, then i took some broccoli, chopped it till its really minced, i took some bread crumbs and combined it with the broccoli, covered the chicken with the mixture of bread crumbs and broccoli with the use of egg to combine! He saw what i was doing and got happy with it too as it was a healthy treat for my kids. I just then realize that we do work well together, i was happy with his sauteed veggies -all healthy and delicious and he was also happy with my chicken fillet covered with bread crumbs and broccoli!
