Why WWE studios still make movies

WWE studios is created by WWE in hopes to create the next "the rock" Vince kinda notice Dwayne Johnson's transition from wrestler to movie star so he decided to make a movie studio. From what I know the only successful movie they created is "see no evil" which is a teen slasher movie starring Kane as a serial killer.
Then after that they make awful movies like condemned and the Marine. Most of the movies WWE produced arer flops. John Cena movies are miserable straight to DVD crap that is butchered by the critics for being bad.
This makes me wonder, I just find out that this 2012 to 2013, Mr. Mcmahon will invest 40 million dollars in hopes that the next WWE film movie will be a hit. 
He could have used that 40 million dollars for the healthcare of the wrestlers, or improving their shows. They could have used it for charity or they could have used to give scholarships to aspiring wrestlers. 
Vince Mcmahon is still desperate to find the next The rock....
The John Cena movies are flop
The HHH movies are flop
No one watched the Big show comedy film,.....
I bet a lot of wrestling fans are not even aware there is a WWE films.

I think a lot of people are aware of the WWE films and agree they are rubbish and I agree that the Cena films are the worst

I found out that the writers of Monday Night Raw are the same writers of WWE films. 
That is so pathetic. Wrestling writers are different from movie writers, If they want their wrestlers to be movie stars, they need real movie script writers. The rock became successful because he get to have decent script writers on his movies.

Wrestling has been using hollywood script writers since the 90's in the attitude era Vince Russo was the first but agree their films are poor

I think WWE should just focus with wrestling, They have been failing for trying to make movies. Its just not meant for them,Even if they hire talented actors, if the script and direction sucks, they will keep on failing

lol.i never noticed that.though its true that i change the channel immediately whenever 12 rounds and marine got telecast but i never knew that wwe is behind this.
just hoping miz's new movie is not from wwe studios.

if my memory serves me right, his movie is the Marine 3... That sounds like wwe studios to me. They were desperate to make the next "the rock" but they kept on failing. I heard a romantic comedy starring AJ might be in the works.
