I heard this weird story from my mom's friend. Yesterday she told us that one of their acquaintances died after sneezing three times. It was sad to hear but I was shocked to hear something like that can actually happen. I got a little bit paranoid because I have some allergies to dust and would quickly found myself sneezing when exposed to dust. I do think there was some other complications that that sneeze triggered. Still it got me a bit worried.

True. I do feel better after sneezing too. Not just once but twice, though most of the time the sneeze comes 3 in a row.

And less suffering too!
It's just that it would be so sudden, and loved ones would be really gripped with shock.

Ya quite shocking to hear people dying as sneezing and coughing maybe he burst a vein or artery in the brain or dislodge a stroke or something.I hear people who drink water in fast method have change of having heart attack it seems when people sneeze or drink water , the heart skip some beats or something like that. Allergy is another nasty thing to have.BEcause the world is dirty and full of allergy stuffs.

Yeah that is why I try to sleep in normal hours and get at least 8-hour sleep because I noticed I am more prone to allergies when I have had less rest/sleep in a day.

It is quite possible if you have an underlying heart problem. Sneezing can increase your blood pressure and heart rate for a few minutes, so if you have problems with your heart, sneezing can aggravate it and cause it too stop pumping or stroke. Take care of your heart , good day and God bless

Thanks, TheSupersonic. I just remembered hearing from a friend before that the heart does stop beating every time we sneeze, good thing it's only for a short while.

Well, sneezing can be dangerous because if the pressure. It is a simple rule of physics that when pressure increases,it will eliminate through any hole that appears in the way. That is,when you sneeze and open your mouth, the pressure will rapidly dissipate.
But if you sneeze and contain that sneeze, the pressure will act on just about everything. And if a vessel is too weak,it will break it.
Many people got strokes from containing their sneezes.
