Anyone here can help me with CSS tweaking for blogger?

Been trying to tweak my Blogger blog but it's taking forever. Nothing seems to work. My only problem is I want to change the word "comments" to "wisecracks". Am tired of seeing that old school term so for a change, I just like to use a different synonym. Just I have been doing every coding I know and nothing seems to help. I also referred to credible sites and followed instructions carefully but still to no avail. Anyone here who has the know-how? It will be much appreciated. Thankies.

Actually, it seems, that what you should modify isn't CSS, but HTML code, since CSS describes the way website looks, not the content of it.
