Prayer really works! Many times I had proved this fact. Just this morning I had encountered something that was very unusual problem to me. There was really no other way that I can employ to solve it. As in I had already done everything I could until I finally made my spirit be still and entrust the thing to God. I said "Oh God, I do not have anything to solve it now. I already did all the means I could. Please take over the problem and I believe that you will solve this before the end of the day". Few hours after lunch, the people who were the subject of my problem were coming inside. I was greatly surprised and I really thanked the Lord in awe. Have many dreams, plans and problems? Keep praying. It definitely works!

I was very religious since childhood. I used to pray and thank god for everything he blessed me with. Whenever I would face any problem I would surrender myself and my situation to god and he would solve it within no time. This increased my faith in him. I always used to tell everyone that whatever happens in life happens for a good reason. We cannot understand god's mysterious ways, but he has plans for everyone. Since we are his children he will not let us be the sufferers. 10 years back I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, I kept faith in him and believed he will keep me safe. I was 20 years then. In this problem joints pain like anything. I used to cry day and night, but I didn't give up praying. I used to pray that may your plan work in my life. I took various treatments believing it was his will and today I am bed-ridden. In fact I am bed-ridden from past 8 years. Is this what he planned for me? I often question to myself that what good could there be in me being bed-ridden and in pain 24/7? I have seen the power of prayer, but...

Hi Inderjeetkaur! Am sorry to hear your present situation. I just wonder though that you are a bedridden yet you can do things like going online and encoding! That is a wonder, somehow! Well, I still have some other prayers that are not yet happening but I do certainly believe that God answered them and just waiting for its realization and manifestation. I just trust in His perfect timing. I believe that God knows your heart and He has a plan for you. As He said "Be still and know that I am God". It is my prayer that God will reveal His purpose on you and May He will heal you. Jesus is our Great Healer. I pray that in the Name of Jesus you will be healed. Things will be done to you according to your faith. I also have some aches that I have been praying for healing and I just keep trusting His Word and HIMSELF and serving to the best I can. God bless you.

Dear keshlois143 and isohyeoh, Thank you so much for your good wishes. As I mentioned earlier, I too have witnessed the power of prayer in my life. I never questioned on his existence, I always believed in his presence, I always thanked him for his blessings and asked him to forgive me if I had hurt anyone with my words, deeds, thoughts or actions whether it be intentionally or unintentionally. Honestly speaking I was very happy with my life, I had no complaints about anything. I enjoyed whatever I was blessed with and believed that the things he didn't give me was because they weren't necessary for me. I took this disease as a test of my faith, I prayed and fast, but my condition has become worst than before. Even today I don't question in his presence, it is just that I am not worthy of his blessings anymore. Life is still rocking with friends like you around. Cheers

I believe that prayer works, it just doesn't always work the way people expect it to. God will answer your prayers but sometimes he says "No." Sometimes He says "Yes".

I was raised as a Catholic by my father ever since I was young though my mother is a Protestant, but that doesn't change the fact that we are still believing in having one almighty God, whichever road we may take we are still heading into one direction and that is God. I always have this habit of bargaining when I am pinch with an event, for instant- I am taking this exam, but at the same time my father is not in his good health. I would pray a hard that what ever the result of the exam, even though I'll fail as long as He will grant my father many more years f good health I don't mind failing that specific exam. And every time I am feeling depressed and down due to events that are out of hand, I just pray hard for things to turn out for the best and for me to learn from those circumstances and to make me a better person.

Yes nikkinathalie, I agree with you. Every time I pray, everything turns out best and prayer definitely has been helping me to be a better person. God bless us as we continue the lifestyle of praying.

Yes I do prayers are amazing! I feel that keeping yourself close to God gives you an extra comfort that is different from the couch comfort. Back when I was younger, I would pray for things and I would get them, but not without the hardwork to get it. But if it was something that was out of my power, it was my prayers that saved me . Even once at a concert, my favourite artist called me up on stage because I continuously prayed over and over for him to call me up on stage and it was one of best nights that I have ever had. I even got a kiss on the cheek and he called me pretty! It was amazing. So a prayer , I believe, works like a charm but you must give your whole heart and concentration whilst praying, you will feel very humbled by the blessings you receive from praying. That is the best part.

Nice experience Danniella! I believe more wonders will be done in the lives of people who believe that prayer really works. Even godly miracles are products of prayers.

Prayer deffniately works! My little brother has hydrocephalus cerebal palsy and adhd and Prayer has worked tremendously for my family? The doctors said that there was a real good percent that he would never hear, talk, walk and he does all of that and more.
