For physical relation why Guys always take first move?

Is it because guys having more willing to do or girls are shying nature? I am saying it as per Indian views do not know about other countries experience.So just share your views about your case who makes the first move ?

Just a guess, but I think men have a stronger physical need and women want a little emotional committment added in. I think this is even true of the most casual relationship.

It's not only for Indian culture but widely a custom or maybe by nature. It is always the guy to make the first move maybe because it's how the nature dictates. Although some girls can make the initiative but still it depends on how the guys understand the move.

It used to be where the guys made the first move here in the U.S. Here in the last few years, girls are starting to make the moves first.
