Phyllis going to Prison?

It certainly looks like Phyllis may be headed to prison. Of course there is probably a long way to before the trail is over, etc. That is unless she takes the deal which would mean heading to prison right away for five years. Billy had to choose between the TV show and Phyllis and apparently he chose the show. I wonder if a cover story on her about what is going on will have any affect on whether she goes to prison. Then again Avery may be able to get her off.

Avery got Daisy out of jail...why not Phylis? I say kudos to Billy for choosing his magazine/show over Phyliss. Not to be mean, but she used HIS magazine for her own interests during the Daisy thing so ..hey...turn around is fair play! And it is HIS magazine...if the investors etc were pulling out cause of Phyliss connection to RS.. he had to look out for his business and not cater to Phyliss. I thihnk he did the right thing. And no one ever goes to jail for any length of time...unless they want to write the character out.
