Would this heat make you easily fall asleep?

I was just curious, with such hot weather, in my area, the average daily temperature is around 90 to 98 degrees; would such hot temperature make you drowsy, and easily fall asleep? It does cause my drowsy almost everyday, like when I was working during the morning, I usually want to fall asleep around 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. That is the hardest hours for me to manage. No matter how early I went to bed at night, I still fall asleep. I just wonder is that my body's problem, or the temperature that cause me to be lazy.

i am in Canada and we have weather extremes. it can be -40 with a windchill in parts of Canada in the winter and be almost or slightly above 40 with a humidex in the summer so if i am like most Canadians, i sort of melt when it gets that hot here. i don't think it is just you. i think many people are like that.

The heat definitely has an effect on us. Yes it will make you tired and want to fall asleep. It happens to me all the time. But when I was working, we worked in an air condition office, so I was not tired that early in the morning. I would get tired around 3:00 in the afternoon. And thats because I used to wake up early in the morning. Now, I try to stay out of the heat and stay as cool as possible. Try having a nice cup of coffee.

Hot summer indeed makes people easily to go fall asleep. So i think the way for us is to keep healthy diet and also to awake us from the lazy hot days.Personally i think all the people feel the same especially it makes us really not feel great about the weather.

No, it wouldn't. I live where you live and it's the time of the season where it's dry season. But also sometimes there tends to be rain but most of the time it is very warm and hot in here.

If it is related to the temperature, everybody else will feel the same. You'd be better off asking your friends if they feel the same. If they don't feel the same as you feel, it could be your body problem. The best thing to do is not to guess what is happening. Go see a doctor to make sure what it is all about.

I don't know where is you're country.. i admit 90 to 98 degrees is really hot. In our country our hottest temperature would range from 29-32 degrees. But human being as were our body has the capability to adapt in the changes in the environment plus our knowledge which makes our to do this which can lessen or suppress anything that prevent as from doing something. It maybe the temperature in our environment, our the changes in the environment. :)
