Resolving Unanswered Discussions

A friend recently suggesting a Worst Response button while he was going through and resolving his outstanding discussions. It got me to thinking...what if you have MANY unresolved discussions with no answers? I've got pages of them (seems that my mind doesn't work on the same wavelength like most of the myLot community! 
), but some of them go back four or five (well, ok, SIX) years. I'd like to think that after that length of time has elapsed with nary an answer, the author (me) should be given the option of killing it. I mean, a couple of years back, I even begged people to respond, just so I could mark a Best Response and resolve them. It worked for a short while, until someone suggested I was using people to earn money (???). So, does anyone see any validity of putting an option like this to the powers to be here at MyLot?

I don't think so you were using people to make money..haha. we are all here to make money and share opinions and resolve discussions. So we must help each other anyhow possible. I don't know about that but and only writing writing and writing here.lol have a good day.

I wasn't trying to do anything at all, other than to clean up my unresolved discussion list. I've got too many with no response at all; I'd like to be able to add to them or delete them altogether. I'm here to have fun, talk with other people from around the world; getting paid is just icing on the cake! Thanks for responding-you have a great attitude!

I'm in the fortunate position that, if nobody answers one of my discussions, I turn to the right and tell the person there to answer this discussion at once on pain of spanking (lash lol), so the situation doesn't arise. I do think it would be nice to be able to delete one of our own discussions, but that of course penalises anyone who has replied to it by denying them their 0.0001C.

even myself has lots of unresolved discussions. those posts have been there for years and yet there are still no responses. at first i wonder if my topics are really that heavy and that members don't like to react or they just got lazy and just read them.

I'm the same way-I really do think that either I'm ahead of my time (my dream!) or way behind (more likely true). I'll have to see what sorts of unresolved discussions you started now!
