This severe insomnia has to stop

Okay, so lately ever since I got my tablet and free WIFI, I've been staying up until rather unusual times. At the moment, I think it's suffice to say that I will be starting to sleep at about 6:00 A.M. (CST)
Though the obvious plain answer is to simply remove the tablet away from me, how do I overcome those sleepless hours?
I typically stay up till midnight, but I take at least an hour or more to finally get some sleep. Please help me!

I have this problem as well. I can't sleep on time and makes me go till morning which is odd times. I now have put in my mind that i will not use the computer after 12am. We have to be strict because it can lead to health problems. I have had a very severe head ache some days ago and it is due to sleeping late. Today I am feeling much better because i had a very good sleep. have a wonderful day.
