Try to keep yourself busy. Listen to romantic songs. Go out and meet people or visit places. Take up the breathe-in and breathe-out solution. This will keep you really relaxed. Put your worries aside and stay cheerful and happy. Watch comic films which will make you laugh. Take a break from work and go for a vacation. If you have too many tasks ask someone to help you.

So little time, so much to do. Sometimes I get worried and overwhelmed at the same time because there is too much on my plate. So many tasks that need to be done and everything seemed important. So I think it is important to prioritize what really is important, then organize your time. I also ask support from family, friends and colleagues. By doing that it eases the load of my work, less to think of and have more peaceful time.

You attain peace in yourself by becoming organized and knowing yourself. What are these worries you have? Are they realistic things that could happen or 'what ifs'? If they are realistic i would do my research, be proactive do the best you can. If they are 'what ifs' I would not let myself go there. Peace within oneself comes from knowing you are doing all you can and knowing yourself well enough to know your boundaries and how much you can and will do to attain your goals. Immediate solution? Delve into yourself and learn about who you are and what you want. Make small goals that you know are attainable. Then build on those. Be positive and strong in yourself.
