any one use Loose It! ?

I have a friend on FB who uses it and I thought since it's free I'd give it a shot. Though when it comes to your daily intake of foods per meal I'm not sure what I'm looking it. It gives one number perhaps for quantity but then an option for another number I don't know if that's for size or ??? Otherwise I wanted to ask what other people thought of it?
