Avery shouldn't have a problem proving that Sharon is lying about the prenuptial

Avery is supposed to be a very hot shot attorney. So she shouldn't have any problem proving that her feeling that Sharon is lying about the prenuptial is true. Notary Publics are required to keep a record of what, when, etc. of anything they have notarized. This is true in Nevada; I checked. So all she has to do is track that down. Then she can go after Sharon for hiding or destroying or whatever she did with the prenuptial.

All she'd have to do is ask the pilot where they went or where he took them or anything about the situation to figure out what happened to Victor and wind it around to the pre-nup...he took the video and it was his plane, I am sure he'd known if someone 'came aboard" or not! And I am sure the everytime Victor got married he had the wife sign a pre nup so why is this time different?

Even one of Victors wives signed pre-nups except Nikki (not sure) so I don't understand why Sharon is playing this angle. I am really hoping that they give Sharon a story of her own besides being Genoa City's mattress.
