There is rain, rain, rain in the forecast for the next few days. All the way up until the Republican National Convention. I don't know. It seems somewhat ironic. In other words, here they come to the beautiful sunshine state, there is anticipation of much chaos and a lot of preparation for it. Well, hurricanes are also a possibility. You can't stop Mother Nature (Mona). So, wouldn't this be quite a rain on this parade, as well as a deterrent from chaos.
