A word of Encouragement During a Failure Is Worth More that a Hour Of Praise After Success Yes i agree with the quote above that when you are down after the failure you just need a word of encouragement and you will feel better and stand up again to try again and it is better that the praise you receive after you are success cause this word of praise you will feel for feel hour or day after you success but the word of encouragement after you failure will staying in your brain or heart forever and can use it back if you facing another failure.
