sharing what we know

Hello my dear Angel, I am thinking that maybe you were not asking the right people or the right questions :) I wouldn't mind sharing my knowledge on most subjects but I will admit that in spirit of avoiding trolls here at mylot I will avoid as possible sharing views on religion and politics (these 2 always have people fighting).

Hi, you are right. Some people don't like to share their knowledge. They are boastful for their knowledge. But what is the use of that knowledge which is not shared with others. By sharing knowledge it increases.

Yes I have used that saying for knowledge that one should already know or have learned. Also some knowledge needs to be learned first hand, someone giving it to them may not be learned or even actually heard. Some knowledge has to be learned first hand. I know this with my children as they are grown and think they know so much and mom has no brain left. So I do not give answers, I am allowing them to learn as I had to learn since my mother didn't care enough to teach us, we had to do on our own. Maybe in some things in life that is how one should learn. I don't know. I do know I would not treat my parents the way I am now. The changing world changes the way we learn as well...

its always good because only by this way we can share and learn a lot and also good important things

I'm always happy to share my knowledge with people. It is how we grow and evolve. But I do find it difficult to get valuable information from people who seem to be doing so well in the freelance world of graphic design. They don't want to reveal their sources. Come on people...I believe that there is enough to go around for everyone.

Hahaha. Older wise people don't do that or mostly don't do that co's to them... being asked of things and sharing thoughts or passing their ideas over things is really important to them. I love talking to wise old people co's I learn so much from them. But some people do would let you find it yourself and explain it later when you found it out to see it clearly. I think I am both to the young people I have lead before. It's not easy to be a youth leader but I thank God I was able to do it. Happy mylotting to you as well.

This happens in organisations also. some staff members are willing to teach juniors. A few other staff members do not teach others. It is due to possessiveness. the second category people feel that their importance will be lost if they share knowledge with others.

Hi friend, yes some people are in this sort, we don't get any benefits by holding our knowledge with in us, if we spread out our knowledge with others by solving their doubts, we will gain satisfaction as well as others will get benefits from our knowledge.

There are some people like that who will know things and will not share it with anyone. I had these kind of people in my class. They were the smart ones and they did not want to share it with anyone. One time I asked one of them to show me how to solve a math problem, and she said she does not know it. But then when In exams it cam she had it all right. I was very annoyed because she did not share her knowledge with me. But what to do with such people, thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead.

I think we should think both side for this saying.Usually we will teach and help somebody and we will feel happy for this,so I think in most instance,people willing to sharing they know,of course if it is a secret,then we should not push people to share with us. But from another point of view,if people always ask someone so many questions and do not willing to figure out by themselves,then I think in this case we should let those people to find out,because we can not always stay with them and tell them everything,that is why teacher always push us to think by ourselves in school days.if we do not use our brain,we will not really learn the knowledge.

in my opinion sharing a knowledge is a very good thing to do.imagine if our teacher do not want to share their knowledge to us then how can we become like now who have a lot of knowledge.i think knowledge is meant to share with everyone
