Momos & Dim Sum Anyone?

So momos are one of my favourite dishes. Tasty and needs not a single drop of oil (unless you prefer the fried ones). Same description goes for Dim Sum. I just love Chinese. I need Chinese food almost every alternative days. I like cooking, but am not particularly sure about the recipes of these. Anyone in here can teach me how to make them? Both veg and chicken will do!
