Preferred Mode Of Texting?

With a smartphone in hand these days we're offered several ways of texting, inclucding the conventional SMS of course. The most popular ways apart from SMS are WhatsApp, Facebook chat, Twitter, BBM, TU ME, etc. What is your most preferred mode? For me, I use WhatsApp to connect with friends who are on WhatsApp, for the rest I use the good ol' SMS. Lets hear you out!

The only way of texting I use is the plain SMS.I would like to try other methods,but my phone doesn't support state-of-the-art technologies,and I love my phone.This seems to me to be the simplest way of texting someone.Though,if I will get my hands on a more hi-tech phone,I will not hesitate to use its technology.

Most of my friends also like to use the Short Message Service than any others. May be they are so addicted with it. I also often SMS in order to reply to my friends or if I am a little busy. All these technolgies are really help us to connect with our friends and family

Still the old way, SMS. It's more accessible even without internet, unlike other apps. And it's universal unlike apps which require the recepient to also have that app installed, or BBM which requires subscription to BBS and requires a BB phone. Facebook chat and twitter DM are also nice as they are one of the most popular social networking sites.

Lol. You sound like as if you use the telegram. 
I have 2 phones. The older one has a multi-tap keypad. Sometimes I use it to text too. Feels so pre-historic. Good day!

I send messages to my friends and family members both through facebook and my mobile phone. So many of my friends are there in facebook and I use them to get connected with them. But if don't have much time I will send them an SMS .
