I have hard time deciding what to eat

My friend and I went into a small canteen and he had no problem choosing or deciding what to eat. But I have the problem choosing what to order on the menu. As I was not that hungry anyway and I just want some small order. So I am thinking if I should eat a meal just like he did not hut I just chose some hot Congee instead. The food he ordered was just okay as it was not really something I would order next time.

I heard that there is a disorder or rather a condition that some people have which disables them from making decision on what to choose when given too many choices. I often find myself with that trouble and i would pick a food place which offer only a few choices but of course, must be delicious.

i have not that disorder. i think it is not disorder that i have . it is more like i want to try the best one. but i just make a choice anyway.
