I am thinking about trying to publish a kindle ebook, but I must admit that it doesn't look as straight forward as I thought it it was going to be. I am not talking about the actual writing part of the process. That seems simple in comparison to the arduous task of correctly formatting, and uploading onto the kindle platform. Even the easiest and thorough of step by step guides don't leave me feeling any more confident about the process. Has anyone else tried to do this or does anyone have any other options apart from the kindle platform that might be easier for my first attempt?

So you have published 3 books. WOW that is awesome. Have you had any success is selling the books. I am interested in how other people have fared in selling their ebooks and if they have any advice. When you publish in lulu, how do people access them. Can they be read on devices like the kindle. Are the books available for free or do people have to purchase them.
