I posted on facebook this morning and have really received no help, so I figured I'd ask here. On the top left there is a blue box that shows about 3 pieces of information about you - like on my desktop, it shows where I live, my job title, and my relationship. HOWEVER. If I access facebook from my phone, it does NOT show the SAME 3 pieces of information! I tried changing my privacy settings to no avail.
I want the SAME information showing up on both desktop and mobile but I can't seem to find any way to edit or choose what I want to show up. Does anybody here have any suggestions for how to do this?

The major problem with facebook customer service is there really isn't any. You saw how they just forced timeline on us without listening to the fact that the majority of people were not interested, and there's not really a lot of 'help info' available either for how to deal with it after the fact. I might try sending a specific help question to them and see if it's even answerable. With my luck, it's not because they probably won't even know what I'm talking about - I bet the 'help staff' has never even noticed but I do because I access fb both ways EVERY DAY.

I have the same issue. I guessed you can't really show it the same way on your phone what you're seeing on your desktop because the "configurations" (if that's the right term, I'm sorry I'm not techy :)) of the phone is different from a desktop. Our phone can only display as much info as it's capacity.

Ok but on both, there are THREE things listed, if BOTH can handle THREE things, then I should be able to choose the THREE things, correct? It's not like any of them are longer or shorter, it's just three pieces of information and it should really be the same and be able to be chosen by the page owner. GRRRR.
