How do you make friends?

Most people have lots of friends,like my batch mate in high school.He knows lots of people and he really knows how to make friends.He is so friendly and we sometimes say to him that he should run to be the mayor of the city we are living in.We know each other because we go to the same school in high school but we are not that close.But when we met because of the reunion, we became close and it is really good to be reunited to my batch mates in high school.I have just few friends unlike my batch mate that became my friend.He is really nice, he respects people around him and he is a good joker that is why? he made a lot of friends.When you are flexible and not choosy in making friends. You will have a lot of friends.How about you guys? How do you make friends to others?

I am the quiet ind of person. In my younger days, I seldom make friends. Not that i am snobbish. I am shy to approach people. But when people would try to know me, I open up myself to them.
As I grew older, being exposed to a lot of people already, talking to people isn't that hard anymore. I can easily befriend anyway, but still cautious on what kind of person to befriend with.

Wow. Your friend could not just run as a mayor, I think he could run as a senator. Haha. I'm not really choosy about who will be my friends and who will be not. But I think some people don't like my personality. I am not really an outgoing person,but if a person wants to know me, I'll not snob then. I don't know why I don't have a lot of friends. Maybe because I'm not too socialized. ;) I just stick with my old friends, family and boyfriend. But I don't regret it. ;)
