So, finally justice have been done with Kate Middleton. Though nobody can forget what happened with her in the past few days but culprits of this incident have been punished. The publisher of "Closer" Magazine has been punished and charged a heavy amount by the French Court. Though late, but justice have been done with Kate. Now, nobody will dare to commit same error.

Actually it really doesn't mean much since the amount of the money "Closer" has to pay is not even a slap on the wrist. They made much more from having run the photos in their magazine and of course the photo have also been published by two other magazines and have had wide spread release on the Internet. It probably isn't even much of a deterrent for the future, either. Sure they should have their privacy in such a setting as they were in but long range lenses are now a fact of life and such celebrities as Kate have to be careful.

not that i think they should be able to publicize such photos but surely its been done with celebrities to much less consequence. charged heavily, i dont know it may be unfair seeing as what others have gotten away with but everyone should have their privacy more strict laws would help celebs and royals.

That serves them right! They think they could get a ton of money with those pictures without getting apprehended?! This should serve as a lesson for those who take advantage of other people's private lives.
