I believe this quote is very much important to a community, organization, office or team. When you became a part of a group for sure you know there's a lot of you- different individuals who may differ in age, race, religion, principles, principles, priorities but what's keeping you stick with each other is because you know you are in that group for 1 certain goal.. Everyone is responsible to adjust with what the majority demands. If you need to be more patient, then do. If it requires you to be more interactive then do. That's what we call Team Work!:)

Hi friend, you are right, team work is having a lot of benefits. Different kind of people are forming a team and do their work with the same concept, even ideas are different, they have the unity in doing their project, all the persons in the team working hard to finish their project in a good way and give their best in it to achieve in their project

You are right.Differences should not be a hindrance in reaching the goals of a certain group.But they should have to work well to each other and be a team player.They must be open in communicating and listening to others opinion and would work together as a team.I remember a story about a bundle of sticks.People are like sticks that when they just alone or just work with only on their own.You could easily break but if you work with others,you will easily reach the goals and the group is unbreakable.

True.. we must accept that some work can be done fast & better with the help of others.. 2 heads are better than 1, how much more if we've got more than 2! :)
Hehehe just a matter of give & take..We just have to be humble enough and admit that some people maybe be knowledgeable on some aspects than you.Same as when you have more knowledge about something than them..Cheers ;) Thanks for sharing..

in work we should always try to be cool with our workmates^^ if everyone is nice to each other then work wont be a sacrifice. but will be a fun thing to do. you know my dream job is one where i feel im not working but having fun^^ i wish that everyone is good to you in your work.
