I watched a movie afew nights ago that was really engaging. It had Jim Carey in it and he was very good. It was called The Number 23. He becomes obcessed with this book and finds more and more similarities to himself in it. This 2007 movie twists and grows and is very entertaining. Have you seen it? What did you think of Jim Carey's preformance?

Yes, it was exactly that. Pleasant and refreshing from most I've seen lately.

Oh, I saw that movie when it first came out. I didn't quite like it, but I guess it was because I was so used to seeing Jim Carey playing a funny or goofy guy that this dark character he played kind of caught me off guard. I kept waiting for him to drop the other shoe and make a funny quip after a particular serious or thrilling scene, lol! But the movie itself generally was good.

Ya, he is certainly type cast as a goof ball. Ashame too because he is an excellent actor. I could see the twisted facial expressions and goofy through this serious but I do look deep. You bet is was good!

I think if you had seen it you'd remember it. Unless you have as bad a memory as I do.

I love all of Jim Carey movies, I never seen number 23 before though. I do have the movie here at the house that I bought about 6 months ago and never opened it to watch it yet. Maybe since there's nothing on TV tonight I will open that movie and watch it and see how good it is. He happens to make some great movies, I follow all of them if they interest me. Thanks for sharing.

Hi, i haven't seen this movie but i live "Jim Carey",specially his expressions. He is famous for his rubbery body movements and flexible facial expressions. Even i like his biography(his struggle)and appreciate this artist who has shown the way to handle life........
