Cybercrime!

I do not think this is for everybody not only the politicians and celebrities but those who were victimized by hackers/scammers around the internet. I do not think that the law suppresses our liberty in using the internet but is establishing law and order on the net. It has become strong lately that there are many getting victimized by these online stalkers and this law is intended for them. As for the provision of the online libel suit I guess that should be deliberated since it looks like the provision was inserted and was not discussed when they passed the law on it. Oh well another bloopers that happened inside.

Hey thanks a ton for your discussion. I think this would mean violation of the freedom of speech of the people and the infringement of their privacy. See i find no issues in issuing the law for the cyber bullies only when they are of extreme derogatory to the politicians and celebrities, otherwise there should be no laws when it comes to people expressing their own views and suggestions. What say?
