Lots of possible reasons for the headache. You could also had been dehydrated. Not sweating sometimes is a sign that your body lacks water, and this could cause headaches to some people. I myself get headaches if I'm not drinking enough water.

And remember too to have a small amount of salt, if it's not coming in your food.

Well, headache can caused by many things you know. Many health problems have headache as one of the symptom too. But generally getting a good sleep, drinking a lot of water, having a free air flow and not exposed to heat and sunlight that much would be able to decrease the chances of being strike by headache. I am not sure if it is due to the lack of exercise though.

There are so many reasons for having an attack of headache. But if you have such headaches occasionally, you must consult a doctor to find out the cause behind, otherwise, you need not worry.

I, on more occasions then I'd like, have awaken with a headache lately. Now, sometimes just turning onto the other side has helped. Yesterday I got up with one, not as bad as when I woke up earlier and rolled over, but still had it. But after I had been sitting a while it pretty much went down to a dull, but manageable ache. I had gotten some aspirin, but didn't take it. However, I got up today with only a slight ache and its been growing, don't know if its hunger or the weather - we have a front coming in today. But I don't want to take yesterday's aspirin without something on my stomach.

Less sleep could also trigger your headache. Oh I may add rest. You slept late and after a few hours you were disturb. It happens to me and it's irritating. I don't take any medication, but I drink coffee. For now I can't drink coffee so I just try to sleep again. I wish you get well soon as having a headache is very annoying. Have a good rest.

probably lack of exercise. or maybe lack of rest. i suggest in addition to other suggestions here, you drink plenty of water. nothing escapes from rehydrating yourself. plus rest, then a bit of moving and stretching. don't exert too much. if your discomfort persists, the in think you should see your doctor. it could be something else. anyway, rest a little more and hope you'll feel better.

Hi LK. I also had some sort of headache caused by migraine yesterday. I slept the whole afternoon but I did not feel any better. My husband bought me some medicine and that was the time that I felt good. That is probably because of too much working. Sometimes we need to have some rest also. Have a nice day!

Hey glad to know that u are feeling much better now. I know u must be feeling very bad because of your health but then u should have first consulted a doctor and then taken medicines. He could have answered all your queries regarding the sickness u are having. As of now, u should go to a doctor, sort out the problem, take medicines and then take lots of rest. What say?
