I salute to those people with disabilities. Yet life to them is unfair they live their lives more meaningful. Stronger and more positive in life are those people. They dont let their uniqueness drag them down. So i salute and admire them so much.

My boyfriend has a mental disability and was not even able to go to a mainstream school when he was younger because he just couldn't cope with the other children. Since then he has improved a lot and can now live on his own. He has never had a job and I know that this is something that he would really like to change because he wants to be able to live a good life and buy a house and have a family, but this is something that he would not be able to do unless he gets a job but that may not happen because nobody will give him the chance that he needs.

Their are the people should the government help or give a chance to work. They are still capable to do such thing why dont give a chance.

People with disabilities are special people as they are called here. They might be physically handicap but mentally some of them have high IQ. I have a blind lawyer friend who is holding a high position in the government service is often called to give talks to the public including politicians. When we go clubbing which he loves going as he likes singing in karoke. I often mistook him for a sighted person cos when he holds the mic to sing he faced the TV screen and sing to every words that appeared on screen. Other clubbers are unaware that he is blind but his dark glasses worn on a dimply lit pub give away that the person who just serenaded a beautiful number is a special person and that gave him thundering applause from the floor.

tinetine - you must word your post so that it is a discussion or it may get deleted. You could have asked what do other people think - as an a]example. I do agree with you though. I have a GF in the US who has Lou Gherig's disease and she can only operate a computer by blinking her eyes. This is all she can do now but she sends me emails frequently and ths machine also speaks phrases for her. her husband adores her and they are very happy even though he does everything for her. I love and admire them bith so very much.
