Having a child indeed is a blessing as we know that not every couple are blessed to have one. Some couple even tried all the alternatives, spend a lot of money to have a kid- but if God doesn't permit, then there is nothing they can do it- not even their wealth can make their dream come true.

Ardoy, indeed it is a blessing to have a child in a family. It makes our life more meaningful when seeing and having fun with our children. Although sometimes children tends to create trouble and likes to complain a lot, but over time they will surely change. A home without a child sounds very quiet and boring. That's why, i see married couple usually seeking for a child of their own or adopted a child to makes their home and life more wonderful.

From the time that I was a young girl, I always knew that I wanted to be a mother. However, I never thought when I was a little girl that I would actually be a mother before I was married. However, that is the way that things worked out for me. I do know, on the other hand, that there are some people that don't have a desire to have children or are not able to have children and I do think that even in those situations that those individuals are able to have a happy family.

In every Holy book of the world it is written that Babies are the sweetest gift of God because God lives in the heart of Baby. And they bring happiness in a family. But unfortunately in many region of India, people wants boy child. And if girl is born they behave that devil has born. Thats why they kill that baby.

This is indeed true.People need to remember to love each other and get to know their other half before rushing in for a kid.If you have a child,it is great and a blessing .But it will definitely put stress on a relationship if you start defining a family as one that has a kid:)

I think that there are a lot of people who just think that having a child is something that everyone is able to do. However, the fact is that there are a lot of people who can't have children at all so it is not something that everybody can always have. Having a child is a blessing and it is something that you should always be very grateful for if you are lucky enough to have one. Too many people take their children for granted and it is a shame really because children are a true blessing and should be treated as such.

Yes a child is a great blessing. My three kids (now adults but i love to think of them as still kids) were my inspiration and strength in surviving life's challenges. They were also my joy whenever I feel a little bit down, seeing them healthy and full of life already lifts up my spirit and i really thank God for giving them to me.

I remember ever since our neighbor became a grandmother, she became more friendly, she took her grandchild for a walk around the neighborhood, visiting neighbors more often. I even came to play with him with my dog. Having a baby and taking him for a walk and showing him the world is almost like being born again and experiencing childhood from the start. You feel once again the meaning and the taste of words the baby learns, you see how he learns new skills and facts. You can use that opportunity to get closer with the neighbors, showing them the baby, nothing can be more nice than that. 3 day ago I helped a mother to teach her baby to ride the bicycle. That baby was 2-3 years old. Without children, you will probably won't see the neighbors hang out at the neighborhood and talk. They will probably stay in their home and watch TV.
