It sound like funny for the quote above it but is always true that the problem can be solve or not is not determine by you worry or not worry it. You worry about the problem can be solve or not is waste of energy cause sometime the problem is cannot be solving, but you spend your time to worry about something that cannot be solve at all.

I agree with this quote completely, it is true enough. There is no use in worrying, we must find out the way to solve our problem and avoid worries
