accidental duplication of discussion

a while ago I have created a topic under "Philippines" interest. the title of my topic is "I so miss Baguio City".
after typing the discussion, I clicked "start discussion" so I've waited for the tag option to appear but nothing follows. my browser just keeps on loading and so my internet went down for a few minutes. I cancelled the page by clicking the 'X' after that I click again " start discussion" then it went OK. then I checked the "Philippines" interest then I was shock to see my discussion is duplicated. I know mylot is strict when it comes to duplication/flooding topic. it's too late my discussion is now created both of them.
Sorry about this.
Does mylot have the option to delete our discussions that have been posted?

I think there not be much problem about it.Sometimes I saw a discussions in duplicate.Maybe you can just try to report and they will do the rest for you.

haven't encounter other user that has the same problem as mine.

This happened to me too more than a couple of times. After my discussion had been submitted, I saw that there had been others who had started the same discussion but of course in different ways of expression. It was purely accidental as I did not know that other people had already written about those topics.

I think myLot has the right to delete those discussions that are duplications and irrelevant. Though we can't avoid those duplication o discussion. As most of our discussions are based on personal experiences. So let us just have fun, be creative and stick to the rules. Thanks

Oh yeah it has been happening for some time now. No tags page is opening. If there is delete button then nothing will be under control because it will affect the earning lot of fluctuations. Better there is no delete button. you have to requet mylot if you want to delete a discussion. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead

I have same experienced . It is beyond our control , there is no intention for duplication from our side. Thing is we must be careful of .

Yes mylot has the option to delete discussions.. They normally do it when there has been rules that have been broken within the discussion.. Either the discussion itself was something that is against the rules.. Or abusive content... I am not so sure about duplications.. I would suggest contacting an admin to find out that answer
