It seems that Binders has become the new bad word. The problem with many of these ultra Liberal cry babies is that they have never had to get a real job and then don't understand that when you apply for a job you have a resume, letter of application, letters of reference, and samples of your work. As the person hiring you create folders or binders depending on your organizational plan. I knew right away what Gov. Romney was talking about. He had binders of applications and they were sorted in some way so that he and his staff could look at each position and have all the applications for that position in one place. I guess the women's advocate assumed that Gov. Romney had women in binders.

I caught a poll last night which stated that women care more about abortion this election than any other issue. My first thought: "Why, f'n why!? Why do you care about something that's already legal and frighteningly easy?" Then it hit me. Media has once again set the tone for this election. I'm not surprised by it; I just didn't think they'd be able to get over on the entire American populous yet again! Because Romney is, at least for the moment, pro-life, the fearmongering has started. Women, guard your wombs and vote Obama, or else you'll have to use clothes hangers and back-alley abortionists to purge your offspring!! Romney is the enemy of women. It doesn't matter what he says. "Binder" is just the word chosen to throw darts at. He could have said anything in that spot, and the end result would be the exact same. I also caught some of the reaction to this, and hearing supposedly intelligent women say nonsense like "It brings to mind Arab sheikhs flipping through a binder of women" is just the most ridiculous stuff I could imagine. I could not make this stuff up if given a week, a QP of pot, a bottle of xanax, and some Lunesta to top it off. My dreams wouldn't be this imaginative. These women's groups speaking out aren't women's groups whatsoever. These feminists aren't feminists. They're progressive liberals who support Obama and progressive policy over women's causes. They set equality back; they don't progress it.

What the Liberals don't want to talk about the Independent Payment Advisory Board (IPAB) and it effect on women. One of the things that was pointed out was the restrictions placed on women getting pre cancer screenings based on the cost and your age. Mammograms will not be provided to younger women and you have to wait until it may be too late do treat without surgery. Then there was the question about a 100 year old grandmother who needed a pacemaker and President Obama said that maybe she would have to take a pill and live with the pain. Health care has to be cost effective based on your age and value to society.

I saw a clip of Lilly Ledbetter throwing a hissy fit about it and thought 'what an idiot'. Clearly she didn't get the smarts in her family. I knew right off exactly what binders meant.

I knew too but when you hire people because they have good intentions you have no ideas what it means to hire qualified people. Once I tried to put the most qualified woman in a position, I had the Union all over me because to them certified meant qualified and both held state issued certificates. The fact that the one I wanted had experience at that position had nothing to do with it, because the other had seniority. That is how liberals think.

It's just a bunch of stupid, manufactured outrage by left wing morons. Romney did EXACTLY what the left wants people to do with affirmative action and hiring of women and minorities. If women don't apply for jobs they expect employers to go out of their way to find them just to have staff that is proportionately equal to the general population. I think it's stupid, but Romney did just that, and he did it the best way possible by asking women's groups to provide him with qualified candidates. Does the left now oppose one of their staples? Is the left ready to end what they call "Equal Opportunity Employment"? Are they ready to end affirmative action? Of course not. They're just ready to pretend that Romney did something horrible when all he did was exactly what left wing morons want people to do.

And they either don't know or don't care to find out that Keith Ellison had a prepared 'binder' full of Muslim resumes prepared for Obama so that more of his Muslim Brotherhood fellows could get a job in Obama's administration. I am a woman, I'd rather not have a government official that believed women are second class citizens (according to the Quran) than to have a woman bureaucrat or offical in charge of what goes on in the government.
