after losing against ajax, Micah Richards criticize his coach tactic, Roberto Mancini Micah richards admit that his team-mate is hardly adapting with the defending scheme was used the coach.. In earlier matches, Mancini use the classic tactics, 4-4-2 with the defender, Micah Richards, Vincent Kompany, joleon lescott and Gael clichy but in the middle games, mancini changes with the scheme 3 defenders and sometimes become 5 defender with full back supporting.. Richards said it`s new things for every defender in city..he said " we are familiar with 4 defenders in the game" but he added that Mancini likes the tactics and maybe the player should learn the tactics harder does it deserved any player criticize his coach tactics in press conference or when asking the question from the journalist?? don`t it make the situation become worst??

Micah Richards should not accuse and question his - Micah Richards should not accuse and question his boss publicly.
The coach is the one responsible for the team, and so he makes the decisions. The players have to follow what the coach says. If any player do not agree or could not follow the instructions, the player should not be in the team. Mancini is the boss. He is a trophy winning coach. He knows what he is doing. Micah Richards does not seem to understand his position. By making accusations and questioning the wisdom of his own coach publicly, he is insubordinate and shows disrespect to his boss. Richards should be fined and transfer-listed if he does not apologize.

that`s right jkct i think the player like micah richards should have no place in a team.. he should thanks if the coach still gives him chance for playing and when the coach didn`t choose him in starter eleven, he should work hard so the coach can choose them

I think it was an ill-advised move to go to 3 defenders against a club that plays with 3 players up front. And Man City had to pay big time for the move. But one thing where I will not fault Mancini is that he went for the win. Now if the players say that they did not know how to play in this tactic, then I think they should not be part of a world class team. At this level players need to be able to adapt to different formations and cannot be one-dimensional. Cheers! Ram
