I do have poor eyesight so I used to wear eyeglasses but I learned how put on contact lenses so I'm into using it now. But still I have eyeglasses in case I am lazy putting my contact lenses on or it is not recommended.
I used to wear contact lenses during workdays till Saturday and Sunday as rest day as recommended by my optometrist.
For today, its my second day since yesterday of not wearing my contact lenses on since I am just at home. Well, so far no plans yet of going out to somewhere.
For now, rest from wearing contacts and enjoying the long weekend.
Enjoy your day and have fun everyone.

our youngest sibling had to wear eyeglasses early because of poor eyesight. when she started working, she bought contact lenses. but it didn't last long. i think she's not patient enough with the cleaning and stuff. she prefers eyeglasses because you just put it on, no preparation, no time limit.

Yeah contact lenses is quite meticolous and soany preparations but if you used to it, it will be easy. There are still times where I feel lay to wear contacts so I am on my eyeglasses. Eyeglasses is just alwas on the go so most people still prefer it.

That's exactly what I also do. I tend to be clumsy that I always knock off my glasses and break them especially when I'm out and about. Good hung my doctor okayed me for contact lenses. Of course I also make sure that as soon as I'm home I take these off and give my eyes some rest.

Yeah that happened to me too where in I misplaced it or sometimes broke it unintentional or drop it.
I always prefer contact lenses since eyeglasses is quite heavy and hassle during picture takings lol. There also fashionable contact lenses and colored one.

Quite a few of my students are wearing contact lenses, but I never wear them. I don't think that I will feel comfortable in the eyes with something extra in my eyes. Out of this reason, I have never thought of having a try. lol. Have a good day.

Well its really up to the person if they will used to it or not. Some prefer to it and some are still into eyeglasses. For me, I am into both lol, I still have both in case there will be situation and instance that one is not recommended and vice versa.

You don't have to wear glasses nor contact lenses if you know how to apply the Bates Method in a Natural Way.
