Recently I read about the tragic death of a 12 year old girl in her neighborhood, while she was riding her bike. This happened in new Jersey in US.The girl disappeared along with her bike and later found her body in a trash can.How safe are our children in our neighborhood, from physical and emotional harm.Vicious elements are present in our neighbor hood, which if it goes undetected will harm our children as well as their existence. What should we do to fight this evil. How do we prevent harm to our children in our own neighborhood? Can we get a solution for this grave danger, which can happen to our children also?

Hello, we can assure our neighborhood safe simply keeping relationships with neighbors. We want them to keep an eye on our children, to help us. They want us same thing, so why not share?

It is very sad that we cannot allow our children to go out and freely play and enjoy their childhood without fear of some perverted person coming along and doing something crazy. My daughter is getting to the age where I cannot watch her every move and I want her to have some freedom but it is always risky. I even heard today about a preacher I know very well (or thought I knew) who was found cruising the local parks for young boys. Most people say to keep the kids in the church but you have to be careful there too. We just have to pray each day for their safety and protection.

There seems to be no stopping with crimes becoming apparent left and right. All we could do is to make that we live in a safer community and make precautionary measures whenever we leave our own homes. We really do not know when we might be a victim of any crime. It is really hard to control these people most especially if they are working under a big network fully-equipped with the latest technology in terrorizing people.

That news saddened me. What on earth is the person thinking before that person did that to the girl. I mean, what kind of thinking? There is no really safe place nowadays. I'm speechless dunno how to react. I want to say a lot of things.
