Victoria kidnapped in Florida

Just as Victoria was heading back to GC she is kidnapped and the preview show her locked in a dark room. One has to wonder by who and why she has been kidnapped. Jack wouldn't do it, have it done, and besides he is busy with his surgery. It is not likely to be Tucker. I can't think of any enemies that she might have made that would do it or any enemies of Victor who would go after Victoria especially with Victor having lost the Newman, etc. This is starting as a true mystery.
