The Way
You
Treat
Yourself
Sets The
Standard
For Other
On How
Your
Demand
To Be
Treated
So
Don't
Settle
For Anything
Other
That
Respect
Ias true for the quote above that how you treat yourself is sets the standard for other person how you want to be treat by other person, so always show respect when treat yourself so other people seeing you and realize that you always wanted to be treat in respect. What you do for yourself is like the mirror by how other person doing for you so always be respect to yourself so it will also sets the standard to other to tell them you want respect too.
Are you agree with the quote above.

you actually have to fully love yourself, for who you are on the inside and not just because of what you do, what you look like, or what you’re capable of. you take pride in who you are and you know that you’re valuable. On the flipside, without self-respect, it’s difficult to have honesty, confidence, and integrity. Instead, you may feel anger, guilt, blame, shame, or regret, and sport secretive behavior because deep down you feel unworthy. Beyond that, if you can’t respect yourself, how can you respect others and how can others respect you?

It's really true. People are not going to admire and respect really well someone who is insecure with themselves. These people make the easiest targets for rude people. They would think they could do anything to you and get satisgófaction out of you collapsing because of the hurting.
