Splitting head ache go away.... / myLot

I have been having my head ache for the last 3 years. I am working on a grave yard shift, since then my body clock changed. I normally sleep 2-5 hours. If i overslept for morethan 8 hours for sure I will get a splitting head ache. I dont get a head ache on normal working days but on my restdays where i got to sleep morethan usual it attacks me. :(

I hope that your head is feeling better. If your head ache has been going on ofr so very long perhaps you should seek help from the doctor and see if they can help you. You need ot be well to do any job properly. My thoughts are with you
