At the end of day two in the first test match between India and England at Ahmedabad, definitely India is inthe driving seat and is eyeing a big win. At stumps India declared their innings at 521/8 and England is struggling at 41/3. Still England is behind 280 runs to avoid the follow-on.
By the way a huge applause to Pujara who made his maiden double hundred in International Test matches. He played with such elegance that he outclassed each and every player. England bowlers find it hard to decide ho to bowl to this youngster. And he executed all his home works well.
In return England batsmen are struggling before the Indian spinners as everyone expected. For them, now to save this test match someone form the England side should really lead from the friend.

Yes, definitely India is on top on this match. English batting really crumbled in the morning, but then after being 80 odd for 7, they have started a fight back. It was with a lot of endeavor that they managed to reach close to 200 in the first innings. And in the second innings they have managed to post an unbeaten century partnership. I think India will need to strike early to stop England from mounting a come back.
Cheers!
Ram
